Our new residence halls opened in Fall 2007 semester and accommodate 740 residents in two, four-story brick buildings. Each resident has a private bedroom arranged in one bedroom/one bath, two bedroom/one bath and four bedroom/two bath suites with a general living area. The suites have nine-foot ceilings and are fully furnished.

The state-of-the-art facility includes laundries, a convenience store, games room, study lounges, social activity space, cable television, local telephone service, wireless and Ethernet services, digital security cameras and card access. There are 250 parking spaces on site along with exterior porches and landscaping. A residents kitchen will be completed for Fall 2008.

Rates include a mandatory meal program.

Privateer Place is a beautiful apartment-style community that combines the convenience of living on campus with the privacy and independence of living on your own. Priority is given to full-time applicants (August - July). The deposit  $225 with your non refundable contract processing fee $75 totals $300 due at lease signing.  All applicants 23 years of age and older must have a valid U.S. Social Security Number, under 23 years of age must provide a guarantor with a  valid U.S. Social Security Number or will be required to prepay each semester.
