Application for Degree

If you fail to graduate at the time expected, you must file a new application for degree and pay an additional fee to cover the reprinting of a new diploma and to activate your student file for future registrations.

**Important**

The deadline for applying for a degree for the Spring 2008 commencement has now passed. Students who missed the deadline can appeal through their dean for approval to apply for May graduation. Paper applications are available in the college offices. The Office of the Registrar will only accept such applications if they have been approved by the dean of your college, in the form of a written letter. All students must be prepared to pay any associated fees at the time the application for a degree is submitted to the Office of the Registrar.
